About us

Apt. is situated in family house on 2nd floor. It has got 64 squares meters, (sleeps 2+2), Wi-Fi and private parking inside gates of the property. Old center of the town is 10min (800m) walking distance (and a green market). It is situated 2min walk from the local shopping center PLODINE, where you can find a lot of shops, gym, hairdresser, beautician,massage,…and big grocery store (open till late night), coffee shop (during a day). Also 2min walk from pizzeria; 5min from the good restaurant; 5min from banks and medical help;10min from bus and taxi station, 1km from Marine Baotic and the nearest beach. Whole center is full of restaurants and bars.

Kitchen

The apartment is light, spacious, with high roofs, white walls and air condition; which in summer hot days, provide cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Kitchen is connected with living room. It is one big space. In the kitchen there is coffee maker, a stove, toaster and big fridge with freezer, and table with six chairs.

Living room

Two sofa beds (140x200cm) are in the living room, in front of the flat screen TV. On each sofa bed, two persons can sleep. We have also a possibility to put extra bed,or small bed for a baby (on request). Clean sets of bed linen will be changed on seventh day of the stay.

Bedroom

In a bedroom there are big wardrobe and big double bed (180x200cm). Each, living room and bedroom, have access to a balcony, on which is small tea table with two chairs. From the balcony there is a view on the street, and in a distance of 200m, view at the sea and the ancient city roofs.

Bathroom

Bathroom is with a shower, a washing machine, bidet and free toiletries. Every three days, dirty towels will be replaced with clean ones.
